About Event

The One-Day National Level Skill Development Programme on Professional Skill Enhancement Using Microsoft and AI Tools, hosted by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC), Coimbatore, equips non-teaching staff with essential digital skills for modern workplaces.
This program, scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026, focuses on practical training in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, professional email communication, and basic AI tools to boost office efficiency, data handling, and presentation skills. Organized in association with SREC's Centre for Continuing Education, it targets non-teaching staff, instructors, technical assistants, and lab assistants from engineering and polytechnic colleges nationwide.
Participants will gain hands-on experience to improve documentation, professional communication, and AI-assisted productivity, with expected learning outcomes including enhanced workplace efficiency. The event includes a kit, lunch, tea/snacks, and a certificate of participation upon completion.
